Hello all from the USA,
I am new to the sparkling world of silver collecting and have been learning a lot!
I have this beautiful bowl and I am hoping someone can give me some insight and perhaps a value.
I have read about James Deakin (& Sons) and have found other objects with the Grosvenor House logo but can not find anything that explains if the bowl was a “gift” to guests or sold as a souvenir…
If anyone can help me with a quick history lesson and possibly a value I would be very appreciative!
