From my research I know that this is real Ottoman Empire Silver (usually 80%-90%). It was given to an important banker that played a pivitol role in overseaing the Bahgdad railroad construction. Photos show the assay and sahh marks confirming authenticity. It’s condition is pretty much perfect with no visible dents. I don’t have weight, however, not too concerned with that as I’m sure the value won’t be predicated ioff of scrap value (it’s very big none the less).
