Post subject: Tiffany Japanese Pattern Spoon Identification

I recently came across an old auction page that was showing some Tiffany Japanese pieces and I can't seem to figure out what kind of spoon the one is on the right. At first I thought it was a sugar spoon since the description said it was 6 inches long, but it looks nothing like the typically known Japanese sugar spoon by Tiffany (Example on the left).

So, out of curiosity, what kind of spoon is it?
