Does anyone recognize these hallmarks?

I have this silver teapot my mother gave me, but I can’t figure out what exactly it is. I’ve found similar ones online, but none of them have the same hallmarks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attempted to upload a picture of the hallmarks, but it doesn’t work. Any suggestions? I know the file is small enough.

Picture attachment is working OK. You need to “Browse” to find the picture file you want to attach, then “Add Attachment”. You say that the file is small enough, but it is not file size which is the restriction - it’s picture size; neither height nor width should exceed 500 pixels.
