I have a Silver bottle stand with a hallmark that I cannot identify. I believe it may be from Edinburgh. Any help will be appreciated.

Unfortunately this is not a silver hallmark. It is an electroplate mark of Deykin & Sons of Birmingham, active from 1854 until 1895 at Venetian Works, Jennens Row, Birmingham (hence the gondola in their trade mark).
