Elaborate Cellini Style? Unmarked Candlestick

Bought this in a junk shop for $20. It’s 9 1/4" tall and weighs about 110 postal oz. It appears to be from a continuous material or an extremely thick plate, as there are discernible nicks and no material change. A magnet doesn’t stick to it. It is very finely made. It was tarnished when I got it. Note those mascarons!!! I’m an architect, not a collector, but I do pick things up that are architectural by nature. There is not visible hallmark, though there was a magnetic steel plate with silver foil added to the bottom of the base covered with a mastic that must have attached a felt bottom to it. There is no stamped hallmark, though there is, what looks like a symmetrical blister pattern that looks like an acorn with a crown on it. The small amount of wear also suggests that it is a consistent material throughout. Can someone help me solve this mystery?? please! It’s driving me cuckoo.
