These were bought at auction in Scotland. I cannot seem to verify where they are from. They don't appear to be British from what I have researched. I would love to know some history and value on these.

i don't profess to be an expert but im fairly sure these are not silver (unfortunately)
My little ref. book of EPNS marks by george Mappin shows an almost identical mark for makers Thomas H Daniel & Thomas R Arter ( reg in Birmingham from 1897...... )
