Pictorial Mark on Victorian Purse

Hello, I simply cannot seem to find out any information at all on these marks. There are also so many marks. It appears the characters say 00R My thoughts are that perhaps it is a jewelry silversmith who collaborated with the purse maker?

Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Sorry, I cant seem to upload a picture, so please view it here.

You seem to have inverted the picture (left-right). This is the normal German mark of crescent moon, crown, 800, a mark adopted in 1888.
