A friend found this at a yard Sale and we need some assistance on identifying it. Could someone take a look at the marks shown in the picture and tell me what we have here? Thanks!
Looks like the silverplate mark for the Forbes Silver Company of Meriden CT, USA.
‘1712’ would be a design number.
