Hi everyone. Just wanted to see if anyone knew any information about this. Year, anything…is it silver or what even is the first marking…? I’m lost. Thanks.
This is an Egyptian hallmark. The first symbol indicates the silver standard (90/100 or .900). The second symbol is the National mark, in this case a cat, which was used before 1946 when it was replaced by a lotus flower. The letter H is a date letter and shows that the assay was in 1933/34.
