the hallmarks are
a crown in a rectangle
A capital A in a shield which i believe to be for 1773
an anchor
then another crown in a rectangle
then GW or CW in a rectangle on its side

A nice crisp picture of the marks would be useful but I am 99% sure that this spoon is electroplated rather than silver; the “A” would represent the standard of electroplating (not as good as A1, but better than B). It is likely that the initials are GW for George Ward, a known electroplater.
