Is in excellent condition, can not find exactly who made this dish, please help. 
I can’t make out the details of the mark although I can see TW - possibly Thomas Wilkinson & Co of Birmingham. I am confident in stating, though, that your dish is electroplated and not silver. It will therefore have value only as a decorative object.
