HHI, I NEED HELP IDENTIFYING SOME MARKS ON A SILVER RING I HAVE BOUGHT FROM EBAY.
IT FEELS VERY HEAVY AND HAS THE FOLLOWING MARKS
NT 925 925 (ANCHOR)
I KNOW IT WAS MADE IN BIRMINGHAM (ANCHOR)
THE FIRST 925 HAS A WHAT LOOKS LIKE THE 'SCALES ON THE LIBRA STAR SIGN' AROUND THE 925, THE SECOND 925 IS JUST THAT.
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED,
THANKS |

The fact that it has 925 means that it is not English made. That could be an import mark as Sterling silver, by law, would have the Lion Passant to indicate its purity. A leter and style would help date it - better still, a macro close-up photo. |

This would be a modern silver item imported into Birmingham Jewellery quarter, most likely from India
Not more that 20 years old, most likely within the last 10 years.
Never the less Value always depends on quality |
