I have a single place setting in hand wrought sterling silver made in a factory in either Mass or NH
I has J.N.C. sterling stamped.
It is not an antique set, although I know the company has been working there for at least 150 years. (Took a guided tour of the factory once)
However I can't remember the name of the Company.
Can somebody help please.
I want to sell.
Thanks

I don't see a J.N.C. in my books on American silver (or any maker who's initials might be that). Could you please post a clear picture of the mark?

Regards,

Uncle Vic

Are you sure the mark isn't O.N.C.? Sounds like Old Newbury Crafters of Newburyport, Mass., founded in 1915, still in business and still giving tours.
