I know that this piece is not British. What I need help with is identifying what on earth this scoop was used for. The scoop as a whole is 7.125 inches long while the scoop itself is 3.5 inches long and 1.25 inches wide at the base (flares included in the measurement). I appreciate the help , I have been searching for its purposes for hours to no avail and it is beginning to drive me mad.
