I have been trying to reasearch this mug to no avail. It has 4 hallmarks along the rim, close to the curved handle. Any info on this beauty would be appreciated, thanks!

It doesn't seem to be a known silver hallmark. Are you sure it's silver? It looks pewter in the photo.

The Marks are

A victorian (queen vic's crown) Crown
English Tudor Rose
X?
Scotish Thistle

So it dates it to Victorian period, and UK item
I think its pewter and the marks are local
Intresting Item
Sorry I can't help more
