Hello, first time here, thank you for your help in advance.

This is my Moms set, As far as i can read the name is "THinchester" but I get NO results for that name on the search engines. which seems strange. maybe i am mis-reading the old english font. The set also has a tray. (not pictured)

My eyes see:

"THinchester"
Handengraved
EP
Made in Sheffild
England
4888

Anything that i can find out would be appreciated.

I read it as "Winchester" - presumably a pattern name as it's in quotes. EP is electroplate, so it's not silver. Perhaps you'll get some results with Winchester...
