Unknown Symbol

Hi,

I have a very nice filigree style pin brooch/pendant but it has very little in the way of any hallmarks.

There seems to be the same symbol impressed twice on the front of the brooch but there is nothing on the back.

Can anyone can help identify what the symbol is, what date and from where.

This looks like Arabic - possibly numerals. I think I see either 100 (١٠٠) or 200 (٢٠٠) in there but there are other bits which don’t mean anything to me.
