I was hoping to get some information on this 6.5"x 4.5" trinket box / Jewelry box that seems to be decorated by hand with butterflies, dragon flies and lady bugs? It does not have any fabric lining or padding inside I am mainly curious of the one and only mark " 47" .It is marked on the side of the lid and the box itself and matches up when it's closed. I know this is the atomic number for silver but I have tried to find any other silver items online with just 47 mark and it seems to always be accompanied with some other marking. Was there a time period or maybe country when only mark 47 was used ?? Would very much appreciate any kind of information any one might have. Thank you so much!
