Hi, I am hoping to first figure out what this might have been used for. It has some markings on the bottom of the cups that hold the jars. It uses a 13 to hallmark the silver content and also has what may be a Dutch tax stamp on it,. I have had this for years and still do not know what it use might be. Thank you in advance!
