Can anyone help me identify what this item is (cake server?) and if possible tell me something about the manufacturer? The name on the underside of the handle is A Goodman & Co… The hallmark under the name looks somewhat like a trombone or a primitive turning lathe. Any information would be greatly appreciated. This is my first time posting anything, so I hope I attach the pictures correctly.
