This is a London hallmark with the date letter T for 1774. IB is John Bourne who registered this mark as a spoonmaker on 2 February 1774.
Many Thanks … I recently Acquired a estate lot of Georgian spoons from an estate of an old time Antique Dealer who closed shop back in the late 1980’s . and this was one of them
