This is a belt that my grandmother got in las Vegas. I have my doubts because there are no numbers saying silver content but she swears it is silver. Maybe it’s just plate. The only mark is an R with a line going from the lower left corner of the circle part of the R to about the middle and a C in a circle then 1998.
