Hallmark Help - Elkington Curet Set

Just came across this Elkington Curet set-

I read the Hallmark as Birmingham Sterling from 1861 (cap M)

I don’t want to misrepresent this and could use a confirmation. I’m always worried about the electro plate items but I can’t see anything here that tells me its not sterling.

That is indeed a Birmingham 1861 sterling silver hallmark on your cruet (note spelling) set.
