Hello there can anyone help me identify the hallmarks? Maker and year of this fiddle back fork. many thanks Laughing
Looks like ACME? with 10dwts and a number 3,

Like to try and help, but really can't see the marks. Can you provide a close up picture? Maybe resize it in Paint.net of Inkscape? Regards, Dave.
