I am trying to identify a 3pce Tea Set with the following Markings on it:

B&C
EPBM
5146
Made in England

Would like to know who manufactured it and when. Would also like to know a possible value if anyone knows. Sorry, tried attaching pictures but they are too big.

Electroplaters' marks are not as well documented as those of silver and goldsmiths and this particular mark does not show up on any of the usual sites, but I would hazard a guess that it may very well be Brookes & Crookes of Birmingham. Your tea set is probably mid-20th century - it's difficult to be much more accurate than that. For potential value check out completed auctions on Ebay. You will find other electroplated tea sets there and the selling prices will give you a good idea of what people are willing to pay.
