Hello, I found this in a thrift store. From researching, I believe it's a Konark or Dharma wheel. I don't see any others for sale and not sure how to 1) Determine it's age or market price, and 2) Confirm that it's made of real silver. (All of my research indicates it is, but there are no silver marks on the piece)

Thanks in advance for any thoughts. The glass case is approx 7" accross
