HI CAN SOMEONE HELP ME DATE AND EVALUATE THESE OLD SET OF 6 SPOONS THEY HAVE EPNS ON THE SPOONS AND A GREEN

EPNS = Electro Plated Nickel Silver i.e. its not silver but only a thin layer of silver on top of a base metal.
