I have aquired a large set of aladdin silver plate silverware from a old Dutch reformed church in upstate Ny that has recently closed. The set is in a wooden box and has not been opened in over 60 years, based on what was stored on top of it.
Is there any worth to this set?
Also in the set was a 1847 Rogers Bros. Stainless (cake server?) and a few serving spoons from the National Silver Co.
Any help in determining if I should spend time determing worth woud be greatly appreciated.
