Please could you give me a rough estimate as to how much this would be worth. It is 3" tall Glass body with a Silver Band and Lid with a trefoil shape on it to flip the lid open. Th glass is in perfect condition as is handle. The makers mark is JG & S which i think is John Goode and Sons Birmingham, It has the anchor mark for Birmingham and an X with a box which I have identified I think! as being made in 1922.

Hi there,
Without seeing the marks it's difficult to give a judgement. But from your remarks I would give it a worth of around £22 - £25
Regards
John
