Post subject: CANT FIGURE THIS ONE OUT LOTS OF MARKS PLEASE HELP |

Please could you give me any assistance in figuring out the marks on this silver caddy spoon, I really am at a loss.

The marks on the left are Dutch. The marks on the right are British import marks.
In your first picture, the mark on the left is likely the town mark for Amsterdam.
Not sure about the next mark.
The key is an export mark used between 1852 and 1953.
The lion mark that the key is stamped on indicates a fineness of .934.
The A in a circle in the other picture is likely a date mark.
Don't recognize the other mark. Might be the maker's mark.
The BML mark was used by British importer Boaz Moses Landeck, Campden Square, London, England.
He entered this mark in 1907. Not sure how long he used it, possibly until 1916.
Can't see the British import marks well enough to determine that date.

The import mark is Chester 1907. Landeck's mark is seen on both London and Chester hallmarked silver. He died in 1916.

Thanks for the additional info ,
if I interpret correctly I believe the date letter (dutch) is an 'a' if so this would I believe would date the spoon to 1860, any thoughts please?
