Hi! Please help me identify what these 2 hallmarks say and the maker. I have tried to research and tried so many different wordings that it could be but nothing seems to be correct.

here is a full picture of the Sugar Claw/Tongs. by the way, on one side there is a fancy dotted F and on the other side their is a Fancy dotted B.
