Does anyone know what this hallmark means? I think the first letter is a T and then maybe a D then it says 800 and has a piture of cross swords with a line down the middle.
Anyhelp would be so greatful!

Here is another picture of the actual item. Its a pair of Sugar Tongs with claws.
