hi everybody! trying to identify this manufacturer: this 'A' hallmark is from a pair of silverplate shell design sugar tongs, the markings are so tiny i tried for a better photograph but this was the clearest i got. any ideas? thanks !! bobbie

That might be an Italian company named Ricci.
