Please could you help me to identify the hallmarks on this silver half oystershell dish. I am not sure if it is silver or silver plate and I do not know its age. I think the hallmarks show (from L to R) : G (very faint), E, H, lion passant and a crown.Any info would be much appreciated

G.E.H (G E Hawkins [ B ] ) end 19th c./beginning 20th c
Sheffield

Many Thanks for your help. I enclose a link to an excellent book on old english hallmarks which i recently found on the internet [I think it is in the Kansas City library)
