I have a set of 12 each pearl handled knives and forks with the pictured hallmarks. They are in what appears to be the original box marked Elkington and Co Ld Manchester. If I read the marks correctly, they were made in Birmingham circa 1890-1905. Am I anywhere close on my research? What kind of value do they have. I believe they are sterling silver (based on the hallmark) and the handles are in mint condition, not a scratch or mark on any of them. Help?

Thanks

Tina

The date is 1893; E&CoLd is, not surprisingly, Elkington & Co Ltd. I'll let someone else estimate the value.
