I have this old silver spoon. Not sure of date. Can anyone help me with the hallmarks please?? Ive tried to add pic, but it wont fit.. so the spoon has the full word "DIXON" with an "A" before it, then what looks like a medieval trumpet with a banner attached .

James Dixon & Sons of Sheffield - one of their electroplate marks.

thank you for the quick reply. The spoon didnt appear to be plated, but if thats the hallmark, it must be. thank you again for the information. much appreciated.
