Post subject: Henry Wilkinson & Co tea strainer

This elegant little tea strainer is quite plain except for a beaded edge around the top and a pierced base in the form of a flower.

It stands about 3.5 cms high and is about 8.5 cms in diameter.

There is a slight dent on the base and it has the following (slightly rubbed) marks:

[HW over &C° ] [ M ] ( S ) ( EP ) [crossed keys ] - i,.e. Henry Wilkinson & Co - 1843 - 1871.

I would appreciate an idea of its value.
