ACS is the only marking on this silver ring and each letter is in its own square and embossed. Scrolls are people and houses. The silver is tarnished, but no damage that I see. The ring is footed. The heavy divided serving dish has a starburst design in the bottom and has no damage. Measures about 7 inches in diameter and about 3 inches tall when setting in the silver ring.
