Well this one is a puzzle for me… my best guess is that it might be old Papal city State of something… any ideas ?

N for Nürnberg 1700hundreds
Keys for Liegnitz (Poland) also 1700
Third mark I have not found - but that does not matter because all marks are pseudomarks made to make people believ that this is old.
The piece is Hanau - around 1900.
