Post subject: Help with French(?) markings
Reply with quote

There is a fleur, a cockerel and a gothic or old english 'D' in the 3 main marks. I also think there is a 'c' in a small lozenge shaped marking to the left of the main three. I cannot see a 1, 2 or 3 with the cockerel. The markings are somewhat eroded.

The handles have a snail along the top of them.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
