Greetings - I am new to the site and have been trying to identify a piece of silver I have...It is an Ice Bucket with Tongs which are also hallmarked the same. There are 3 sets of characters and one single mark like a half sun with rays. Se photo and also link to other photos...Any help you may be able to provide will be most welcome....Many thanks...Timothy
