Silver Tongs - Identification of pattern, maker and date

Hello,
These hallmarks are on silver tongs. If anyone can help identify the pattern, maker and date for this piece, I would appreciate it. Are they sterling? Thanks so much.

I’m not sure about the pattern , but it would probably match with Old English & Thread spoons. The maker is probably A T Cannon Limited which would put the tongs somewhere in the latter half of the 20th century and they are silver plate, not silver; EPNS = [u]E[/u]lectro[u]P[/u]lated [u]N[/u]ickel [u]S[/u]ilver.
