I know its sheffield 1977, and that its Britannia .958.
I also know its made by R Carr ltd.
But i can figure out the queens mark.

The Queen's head mark was used as a special commemorative mark in 1977 to celebrate the 25th anniversary (silver jubilee) of her accession to the throne.

ok the second hallmark is a rose which tells you that it was made in sheffield. The letter C relates to the date 1977, which is also why there is a queens head which celebrates the silver jubilee in 1977. The brittania hallmark replaced the lion passant on some items, like yours. Im not to sure about the maker R C. Hope this is of some help
