Help!!!

Good Evening,

Can some help identify this mark? I have tried to look myself with no joy.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Best Regards,

The assay mark is Birmingham 1910 and the registration number dates the design to about three quarters of the way through 1910. I do not recognise the maker’s mark which is unusual in being incuse (stamped in) rather than the more normal cameo style. However a silversmith by the name of A Welpdale registered an identical cameo mark at the Birmingham Assay Office in November 1910, so it is very probably his mark.
