i use these for everything but silver bowls. They did not however like Wasabi, it left a very nasty dark mark.
A FRIEND TOLD ME TO STOP USING THEM AS THEY MIGHT BE VALUABLE.

I have put them on ebay as am sick of cleaning them.
Your comments would be interesting. No Hallmarks, but they are not attracted to a magnet.
