Hallmark reads:
Capital B in circle
Capital R in square
Capital P in square
&Co in square
Capital L in square
Crossed Battle Axes in circle
Capital EP in crown shape

R P & Co L = Robert Pringle & Sons, Wilderness Works, London
EP = Electroplate
The B in the circle would be the grade of applied silver to plate the items.
