Looking for thoughts on this 970 stamped Prill Silver Co piece.
Silver plated 970, or full 970?

970 is likely an internal pattern number for the design. The company was active in New York, NY from c.1940 starting with Edward Prill Inc.1936 and Prill & Sons c.1946.
It did make sterling silver but this isn’t it. This is plate.
Had it been sterling silver or something near to sterling quality it would have said so as this gravy-boat does:
