Who made this and what is it’s value?
It’s Irish, not English. The hallmark is Dublin 1835. I can’t quite make out the maker’s mark properly. Is it SN? If so that would be Samuel Neville. As you have not provided any size or weight information I suggest you check out completed auctions on eBay for an idea of what a spoon like this is making.
