Austrian silver dish EB maker mystery 900 & hoopee mark

Hi Thanks for having me

I have this small footed dish that is marked 900 - coin silver ? - and has the hoopee mark for Austria so post 1922

it’s hand hammered and I wonder if anyone knows the maker Seems to be EB but done backwards or mirror - weighs 170 grams

Ha funny thing That’s me !
Do we know it’s Austrian and post 1922

But now I’m trying to find out the maker EB but initials are backwards Also could be instead of E …. a M Or a W
so hoping someone knows this maker
